R&R ? - June 4, 2011

This morning wasn't as cold outside as it was yesterday but it was still plenty cold. It was cold in the trailer too. But I wouldn't know personally. I was told that by Tom when he came back from the wash house. And I didn't get out of bed until the heater had time to do a reasonable job on the inside. It was just hard to move this morning.

The was the morning we designated to "organize the trailer and van." This meant putting the groceries in their proper places, getting clean jeans out of our duffle bags in the van and generally making this place look as good as, or better than, when we left home oh so long ago.

We spent some time on it and then we sat down outside to relax until meal time. We decided that the dishes needed to be done so we had our main meal at noon and did those dishes with the rest of them.

Then we headed out to find the church we will be going to tomorrow, do some geocaching, do some more shopping and get gas for the van so that we don't have to do that tomorrow. We were successful on all accounts.

And then everything seemed to turn around. We got some bad news from a friend. The things in the freezer weren't hard any more; we had to defrost it. We couldn't find a better dryer rack at Wal-Mart so I tried to put the old one back together. It is missing four dowels but it is standing. For whatever reason the liquid soap dispensers are voluntarily dispensing soap when ever they want to so the two plastic baskets had to be cleaned out and the things in them because the soap had dried on everything.

But we did manage to get some things packed up and stowed for tomorrow. We 'd like to try to get breakfast after church, come back to the RV Park, change clothes and finish stowing and get out of here by 11am. Wish us luck.

Tomorrow night we will say hello from Moab, Utah.
